Is ZIGZAG free?

Yes. Messaging and calls are free on every plan. PRO is an optional upgrade with extras, and VIP is given by ZIGZAG, never sold.

What is ZIGZAG?

ZIGZAG is a chat and camera app for iPhone and Android. It brings messaging, calls, 3D filters, face-controlled games, a video feed, a friends map and large file sharing into one app.

When can I get it?

ZIGZAG is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Join the list and we’ll email you the day it lands.

Do I need a phone number?

Yes. You sign in with your phone number and a text code. There are no passwords.

Can strangers message me?

Someone new can send one request, and they can’t message again until you say yes. You can also limit requests to friends only.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, in the app. You’re hidden straight away and have 90 days to change your mind by signing back in. After that it’s deleted for good.

Something’s not working

Email privacy@zigzagchat.com with your ZIGZAG name, your phone model and what happened.

Subscriptions

PRO, Cloud and BIZ Pro bought in the iPhone app renew monthly through Apple. Cancel any time in your Apple Account under Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it renews. To get back what you bought on a new phone, open PRO and tap Restore purchases.
